From application to the road
Every step is listed below so you know exactly what to expect before you apply. Requirements may vary and additional verification may be required.
Important: Rentals have a minimum 30-day commitment. Weekly payments do not mean the rental can be ended after one week. The rental agreement contains the complete terms regarding renewal, termination, payment obligations, vehicle return, and maintenance.

Choose a vehicle
Review available vehicles and weekly rental payment amounts.

Submit an application
Complete the online rental application.

Provide documentation
Provide the required identification, driver's license, insurance information, gig-platform documentation where applicable, and any other requested documents.

Application review
Dunn Mobility Group reviews the application and verifies the required information and documentation.
- 05
Approval
Qualified applicants receive approval and instructions for completing the rental process.

Sign the rental agreement
Review and sign the Dunn Mobility Group rental agreement establishing the rental terms, including the 30-day minimum rental commitment and weekly payment obligations.

Pay required amounts
Pay the required security deposit, initial rental payment, and any other required amounts before the vehicle is released.
- 08
Vehicle inspection & key handoff
After payment has been completed, the renter and Dunn Mobility Group complete the vehicle condition inspection and document the vehicle's condition. Once the inspection is completed and all rental requirements have been satisfied, the renter receives the keys and the vehicle is released to them.
Weekly payments, 30-day commitment
Dunn Mobility Group is not a week-to-week rental company. Weekly payments describe how often rental payments are collected — the minimum rental commitment is 30 days.
