Rental Policies

Minimum age

Applicants must be at least 21 years old.

Driver's license

Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and satisfy Dunn Mobility Group's driver eligibility requirements.

Motor Vehicle Record

Applicants must meet Dunn Mobility Group's Motor Vehicle Record requirements.

MVR information may be verified during the application process.

Background screening

Applicants may be required to successfully complete applicable background-screening requirements.

Verified gig account

Applicants renting a vehicle for gig work must have a verified active account with an approved gig, rideshare, or delivery platform.

Examples may include Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon Flex, or another approved platform.

Security deposit

A security deposit is required before the vehicle is released.

The applicable deposit amount and terms will be provided during the rental process and/or in the rental agreement.

Rental term

Dunn Mobility Group requires a minimum 30-day rental commitment unless otherwise stated in the signed rental agreement.

Weekly payments

Rental payments are collected weekly according to the rental agreement.

Weekly payment frequency does not mean the vehicle is rented on a seven-day or week-to-week basis.

Starting rental price

Vehicle rentals currently start at $350 per week.

Actual pricing may vary by vehicle.

Authorized drivers

Only drivers authorized under the applicable rental agreement may operate a Dunn Mobility Group vehicle.

Vehicle condition

A vehicle condition inspection will be completed as part of the vehicle handoff process.

Renters are expected to return and maintain vehicles in accordance with their rental agreement.

Vehicle use

Vehicles must be operated lawfully, responsibly, and only for uses permitted under the rental agreement.

Tolls, tickets and violations

Renters are responsible for tolls, parking charges, citations, traffic violations, and other charges attributable to their use or possession of the vehicle, subject to the terms of the rental agreement.

Smoking and vehicle care

Smoking may be prohibited in Dunn Mobility Group vehicles.

Renters are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness and properly care for the vehicle throughout the rental period.

Applicable cleaning, smoking, damage, maintenance, or other charges will be governed by the signed rental agreement.

Inspections and maintenance

Renters may be required to make vehicles available for scheduled inspections, maintenance, repairs, or other fleet-management requirements.
