Applications

Submitting an application does not create a rental agreement and does not guarantee approval.

All applicants are subject to Dunn Mobility Group's screening, verification, eligibility, documentation, and approval requirements.

Dunn Mobility Group may request additional information or documentation when reasonably necessary to evaluate an application.

Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information.

Vehicle availability

All vehicles are subject to availability.

Vehicle photos, descriptions, categories, features, and pricing displayed on the website may be illustrative or representative unless a vehicle is specifically identified as currently available.

Dunn Mobility Group does not guarantee that a particular vehicle will remain available while an application is being reviewed.

Pricing

Dunn Mobility Group vehicle rentals currently start at $350 per week.

Displayed pricing represents the weekly rental payment amount unless otherwise stated.

Prices may vary depending on the specific vehicle, rental arrangement, fees, deposits, and other applicable terms.

Rental commitment

Dunn Mobility Group rentals require a minimum 30-day rental commitment unless otherwise expressly stated in a signed rental agreement.

Rental payments may be collected weekly during the rental period.

Weekly payment frequency does not, by itself, create a seven-day or week-to-week rental agreement.

The signed rental agreement controls the actual terms of an approved rental.

Security deposit

A security deposit may be required before a vehicle is released.

The amount and applicable terms will be disclosed as part of the rental process and/or rental agreement.

Approval

Dunn Mobility Group reserves the right to approve or decline rental applications in accordance with applicable law and company eligibility requirements.

Meeting minimum website requirements does not guarantee approval.

Third-party gig platforms

Dunn Mobility Group is an independent vehicle rental business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon Flex, or other third-party gig platforms unless expressly stated otherwise.

Applicants and renters are responsible for confirming that a vehicle and their account satisfy the requirements of any third-party platform they intend to use.

Changes

Dunn Mobility Group may update website information, policies, pricing, requirements, or these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Material rental obligations are governed by the rental agreement signed by the renter.
